A grid problem

I have stardet to use this wonderful LED and it really is greate.
It does everything perfectly and is really easy to integrate with my game engine.

The only problem i am having is the wierd pixel grid system.

I have a box texture that is 100x100 pixels. I place the box at the coordinates 0,0.
Then I place another 100x100 pixels box next to the first box so that their borders make contact.
Logicly thinking if you put a 100 pixel box next to another 100 pixel box the diffirence in the X position should be 100 pixels right?

But when i read the position.X the other box is at 128 and the first is at 0.

Am i doing something wrong? And if how can i correct it?
